Microsoft Teams is our Phone system. Microsoft Teams is an all-in-one collaboration and communication solution, integrating chat, online meetings, calling, file managements and a project workspace into one interface.
Getting Started
Contact the IT Service Desk by clicking on the “Phones and Microsoft Teams Request” button on the right if you have any issue with the phone and Microsoft Teams. This request form will initiate a IT Service Request. For in-person IT assistance, refer to the IT Service Desk hours for walk-in or phone support.
