Overview
This professional IT service provides audiovisual support for campus events such as conferences, performances, and convocations that incorporate visual presentation, keynote speakers, panel or roundtable discussions, audience participation (Q&A), and virtual events (Zoom). IT staff can also provide professional services such as video recording, live streaming and captioning for special events.
Getting Started
Please use the "Request Event Support" button on the right to initiate an IT Service Request. All events must be requested with two weeks advance notice. This professional IT service cannot be guaranteed for requests that lack sufficient advanced notice.
