Service Description
Using ImageNow / Perceptive Content, the document imaging solution provides management support for electronic content, such as documents, files, and photos. ImageNow / Perceptive Content also allows automated workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
Standard Features
Perceptive Content (ImageNow) and Perceptive Experience (WebNow) are hosted by Minnesota State University Mankato. In conjunction with MNSU, this service provides:
- Consulting services, process design, testing and deployment of applications integrated into web based forms that capture content directly into ImageNow / Perceptive Content.
- Support, business relationship management and consulting services on the Normandale campus
- Services Included: Problem resolution, software installation and upgrade; designing application plans and configuration of scanners; consultation services for building, designing and testing workflows; installation and training of new departments; maintaining software licensing and upgrades.
