Standard Features
ITS resolves issues associated with duplicate accounts only after they have been merged. ITS will resolve issues with email, D2L, and any other systems that the user may have had access to.
Roles and Responsibilities
User Responbilities:
- User is reponsible for providing details related to the request.
ITS Responsibilities:
- ITS will communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.
