Deleting the Keychain on Macs (Faculty)

NOTE: To complete this procedure, the computer will need to reboot. Be sure to save any documents or work first!   

While logged in under the user’s account: 

1. Search for and open the “Application Catalog” using the search feature (upper right of the screen), or go to Finder -> Applications -> Application Catalog. 
2. At this window please log in with your StarID and password.
3. Once you are signed in, click on the “Utilities” category.
4. *NOTE: This step will cause the computer to restart. Please save any documents or work first.  Click on “Delete Login Keychain”. This will delete the user’s login keychain and re-create it.
