An instructor can create a link to Cengage resources within D2L by creating External Learning Tool links through the Course Builder tool.  A student would then be able to view the Cengage resources without having to log in to Cengage. Grades can be synced / sent from Cengage to D2L. 

My Media (Kaltura MediaSpace), 
The Kaltura MediaSpace integration allows for the easy inclusion of videos from MediaSpace in a Brightspace course. This can happen by either posting a link to the video or embedding the video directly into the course content.
