If Honorlock is not working, please remove the "Proctorio" extension from your Chrome browser. After you remove the Proctorio extension, close and restart your Chrome browser, and Honorlock will then work properly.
How to UnInstall the Proctorio Extension
If you are trying to take a Honorlock proctored test and it's not working, please follow these simple steps to remove Proctorio from your computer:
1. Open Chrome
2. Navigate to the upper right corner and find the small grey shield. Click on the grey shield.
3. Click Remove from Chrome.
4. Then you will get the following Remove "Proctorio" window. Click the Remove button.
It is best practice to close out of and restart Chrome before moving to your next task.
