Always On VPN (AOVPN) FAQ

What is Always On VPN?

Always On VPN (AOVPN) is a VPN service that will allow you to securely connect to Normandale resources from your remote Normandale device. Always On VPN is not available for personal devices.

How do I know that I am connected?

In the Notification Area, click on the WiFi Icon to bring up a list of available connections.

In the list of available connections, you should see Normandale AOVPN User Tunnel with a Connected status.
