My New StarID Password Doesn't Work

If you reset your StarID password, you will need to wait 5-10 minutes after you reset your password for your new password to sync with all your Normandale accounts.  

If you still cannot get into your accounts try these suggestions:

  • If you saved your password automatically on your account, you may need to clear your computer cache https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-clear-your-cache-on-any-browser
  • Try a different browser.
  • If you have not attended classes at Normandale student for more than 2 years, you will not be able to access your email.  After 2 years, your email is disabled.
