If you have never logged in to the system before, your PIN is defaulted to your date of birth in YYMMDD format or the last six digits of your Social Security number. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to change it.

If you do not have an active StarID@go.minnstate.edu email account, please email the Records Office, requesting that your PIN be reset back to the default.
