What are the different types of financial aid?

Tags Financial Aid

There are several types of financial aid.  Grants are free money from the state and federal governments that do not have to be repaid.  Loans are money that the federal government is lending to you and must be repaid.  Work Study is money that you receive by working a job on campus.  These funds go to the student directly in the form of a paycheck and can help with expenses while in school.
