What is Work Study?

Work study refers to financial aid made available to student to earn by holding a part time job while in school. Work Study is earned in the form of a paycheck to help with expenses while in school, it is not paid directly toward tuition and fees.  Since work study is a form of financial aid you will need to have a valid FAFSA on file.  Normandale student employees hold positions both on and off campus, complete hiring documentation, and receive a W2 to file next year's taxes.
