Need help with a login/password issue? 

If you need help logging into a system, please refer to the information below or contact us by calling (952) 358-8181 or stopping by L1701 during our service hours.

StarID

• My Password Expired
• Forgot your StarID or Password?
• I can't reset my StarID password

You use your StarID and password to log into the following systems:

• D2L Brightspace
• E-Services
• Campus wireless and computers
• ITS Support site (this site)

More info about your StarID:

• Your password expires every 180 days
• You can change your password at any time
• If you can't log into a system with your StarID, try changing your password

Student Email

To log into student email, please go to the Normandale website and click on the Email link on top of the page. Then log in with:

• Username: StarID@go.minnstate.edu
• Password: your StarID password

If you can't log in, please reset your StarID password.
